Important: this address belongs to the website, not to a consulate. We cannot book your appointment, check the status of your passport or access any case file. For that you need to speak to your consulate.

Spotted something wrong or out of date?

This is the most useful thing you can write to us about. If a consulate has moved, changed its phone number, works different hours or asks for a document that is not listed here, tell us and we will fix it.

It helps a great deal if you include:

• The consulate's city and a link to the page where you saw the error.
• The correct detail, if you know it.
• Where you checked it: at the consulate itself, on the MINEX portal, over the phone.

For official procedures and appointments

If what you need is to complete a procedure, these are the channels that can actually help:

In a consular emergency —a detention, a serious accident, the death of a relative— call your consulate's emergency number directly. They answer 24 hours a day, no appointment needed. You will find them in the list of emergency phone numbers.

Suggestions and collaboration

If you work with an organisation that supports the Guatemalan community —an association, a parish, a legal aid office— and you see that a guide is missing or something is badly explained, write to us. What the people you help are asking is the best clue to what should be on this site.
