Oregon comes under the Seattle consulate

Oregon has no Guatemalan consular office of its own. The Guatemalan Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MINEX) has assigned the entire state to the Seattle (SeaTac) office. That includes Portland, Salem, Eugene, Medford, Bend and every other city. Travelling from Portland to SeaTac (Seattle)

By car, take I-5 North from Portland to the SeaTac area: roughly 175 miles (280 km), about 3 hours in normal conditions. The consulate is in the South Tower building at SEA airport, with parking available on airport property. On Amtrak Cascades (amtrak.com), Portland to Seattle takes about 4 hours, arriving at King Street Station; from there an Uber or taxi to SeaTac takes 20 to 30 minutes. Confirm your appointment before planning the trip.
